Send by Email fails with Lotus Notes (Q31)

Symptoms:

File | Send by Email occasionally fails when Lotus Notes is the default email service.

Workaround:

Create a new e-mail outside MODDE^® and attach the MODDE^® investigation .mip-file to it. If the investigation is open in MODDE^® please save before copying to include the latest changes.
