Omics skin Analysis wizard PCA model not updated with excluded variables (Q827)

Symptoms:

Marking and excluding variables on the Raw data analysis page in the Omics skin Analysis wizard does not lead to excluded variables in the PCA-model, only in the OPLS-DA model. This is the case in Omics skin for SIMCA^®, version 1.

Status:

Fixed in version 1.0.1 that will replace 1.0.0 on April 30, 2015.

More Information:

Excluding observations is effective on all pages of the Analysis wizard.

The Analysis wizard is not available in regular SIMCA^® which means that this problem exists in the skin only.
