Missing printouts of lists in the Optimizer (Q42)

Symptoms:

When you try to print out the Optimizer window of MODDE^® you get only one of the sub windows (Factors, Responses or Runs).

Cause:

MODDE^® prints only the list which you clicked in.

Workaround:

Print each of the windows/pages separately by clicking in them, and then printing.
