Imported candidate sets must use the same decimal separator as Windows (Q35)

Summary:

When you import a candidate set from a text file in MODDE^® the decimal separator used in the file has to be the same as used by Windows on the computer. Otherwise the number will not be read correctly. For example: If the file contains decimal point (.) and MODDE^® and Windows expects decimal comma (,) all numbers after the decimal will be ignored.
