Find robust setpoint crash (Q783)

The information in this article applies to:

MODDE^® 10

Symptoms:

When running the optimizer the following message may appear: "DPMO could not be calculated for the response response name. Exclude the response, turn model error off or increase the model degrees of freedom.". If you then click Find robust setpoint, and select to clear theInclude model error-check boxin the Find Robust Setpoint dialog box, MODDE^® crashes while calculating the position of the robust setpoint.

Workaround:

In the Optimizer settings dialog, clear the Include model error-check box, and then clear the Include model error-check box in the Find Robust Setpoint dialog box.

Status:

Fixed in MODDE^® 10.1.
