Copy or save surface plots as EPS (Q777)

Symptoms:

When copying/saving a surface plot using the EPS format, the plot pasted/inserted in Word is incorrect.
When copying/saving a 3D plot (scatter, design region etc.) using the EPS format, the plot pasted/inserted in Word 2010/2013 cannot be displayed.

Workaround:

Use one of the other formats, BMP, JPG or PNG.

More Information:

For the first case, the problem with the surface plots is limited to surface plots displaying more than one response, and concerns both the Response Surface Plot and the Sweet Spot Surface plot.
