Constraints always specified as exclusions (Q70)

In the constraints window, you now define the constraints by specifying them as exclusions.

More Information:

In previous versions you could specify constraints as the region to include OR as the region to exclude. This was redundant and confusing so now constraints is always defined as the region you want to exclude.
