Batch level contribution shows "missing" for a phase when it is still executing (Q797)

Symptoms:

Assume you have a (partial) batch level model using evolution data from a phase model, and that the phase model is still executing for an active batch.

In a batch level plot, for the active batch, when you drill-down (double-click on a point in a plot) and expect to see the contributions for the evolution data, you instead see only missing values.

Cause:

The SIMCA^®-online server fails to include the evolution data in the contribution for a phase while it is still active.

Workaround:

There is no workaround per-se, but note that after the phase has finished (its phase condition is no longer true) or the entire batch has finished, the contribution plot will show data.

Status:

Fixed in SIMCA^®-online 13.2 and later, and also in the SIMCA^®-online 13.1.1 patch described in KB article Q799.
