Missing values occasionally displayed for generated variables (Q806)

Symptoms:

When you drill-down (double-click) on an observation the resulting contribution plots occasionally shows missing values for all generated variables instead of the real contribution for the generated variables. Generated variables refers to variables that are computed using a formula specified in the SIMCA^® project.

When this happens you get an Error in the server log from PhaseCalculation::AddProcessData.

Cause:

This happens when you drill-down for one configuration when there is at least one other configurations on the server for another SIMCA^® project. Both configuration must be using generated variables, with execution turned on and with active batches currently being predicted, and with the same execution interval.

Resolution:

Fixed in SIMCA^®-online 13.3.

Workaround:

Try creating the contribution plot again. Drill-down works better in-between observations.
